SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. FPG sensor emits light with at least three wavelengths (Y1–Y3) and registers the reflected light. FPG sensor contains a motion correction unit to correct motion artifacts for the detected light signals by subtracting the output signal of the detected light with a second wavelength (Y2) from the average for the output signals of the recorded light with the first and third wavelength (Y1, Y3). Three wavelengths (Y1–Y3) have a value of approximately 550 nm. Second wavelength (Y2) equidistant from the first and third wavelengths.
EFFECT: proposed FPG sensor.
