FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: optical sensor of vital signs is configured to measure or determine vital indicators of a user. Optical vital signs sensor comprises a contact surface and at least one light source configured to generate light. Light is directed to user's skin. Besides, at least one photodetector unit is configured to detect light characterizing reflection of light beam from said at least one light source into user's skin or from it. Between the light source and the contact surface there is a color converting plate which converts the color of light from the light source.

EFFECT: disclosed is an optical sensor of vital signs.
