SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering and can be used for the manufacture of parts from difficult-to-conduct conductive materials by a combined method, mainly to devices for precise precision cutting, where as the cutting tool used mainly diamond discs. Electrode tool is made in the form of a disk with the ability to rotate and move in the direction of the workpiece being cut at a right angle to the cutting zone, it has an electrically insulating material and a diamond layer, while the frame of the electrode-tool is made of a conductive material of a zigzag profile, in the cavities of which, in a checkerboard pattern, holes are made for electrolyte accumulation, the zigzag profile is made symmetrically with respect to the plane of rotation of the electrode tool and is located behind the plane of attachment, the thickness of the electrode tool being made uniformly increasing along the height of the crest of the zigzag profile from the plane of attachment to the periphery of the disk.

EFFECT: creation of a highly efficient electrode tool by expanding the functionality and increasing durability by increasing the strength and service life of the electrode tool.
