SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of casting and rolling and can be used, for example, in casting and rolling system (100) containing continuous casting machine (110) with guide (112) and with guide rolls (113_i) and with drive (114) of rotation of at least one guide roll (113_i), as well as rolling mill (120) located after it and containing n roll stands (122_n), with appropriate drives (124) for their rolling. Further, the method includes controlling drives (124) of rotation of the rolls of first roll stand (122_1) by means of control device (128) of drives (124) of rotation of the rolls and controlling drive (114) of rotation of at least one guide roll (113_i) by means of control device (117) of drive (114) of rotation of the guide roll, at the same time, the drives of the continuous casting machine and the rolling mill are synchronized by setting the target speed for drive (124_1) of rotation of the first roll stand n1 and setting the target torque for drive (114_i) of rotation of at least one guide roll (113_i), and in both parts of system (100) they provide an equal in size and constant mass flow of continuous strand (200).

EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to eliminate irregularities in the consistency of the mass flow of casting and rolling.
