FIELD: veterinary medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary medicine, in particular to a method for producing an erythrocyte diagnosticum for diagnosing bacillary white diarrhoea. Method includes obtaining a bacterial mass of Salmonella gallinarum pullorum, the selection of her antigenic fraction, treatment of the bacterial mass with a surfactant with the addition of soda or alkali in distilled water at 93–96 °C with further sensitization of formalinized erythrocytes, cleaning them and obtaining the target product in the form of a 10 % suspension. As a surfactant, a 0.8–1.2 % aqueous solution of Desmol is used, taken in a final weight concentration of 0.1–0.5 %. Sensitization of formalized erythrocytes is carried out in the presence of sodium salt of chitosan succinate, taken in a final weight concentration of 0.5–1.5 %.

EFFECT: invention provides obtaining of erythrocyte diagnosticum for the diagnosis of bacillary white diarrhoea in birds with hypersensitivity.
