SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to coffee industry. In the first stage, the oil component with roasted and ground coffee is mixed to produce the first composition containing finely dispersed roasted and ground coffee incorporated into the oil component. Weight ratio between the amount of finely dispersed roasted and ground coffee included in the oil component and the amount of the oil component is in range of 0.01:1...2:1. Providing water component of whitener. At first step, first composition is mixed with water component of whitener. Composition for obtaining an oil-in-water emulsion is homogenised. Optionally one adds a sweetener source to an oil-in-water emulsion, pasteurizes and dries the emulsion. Providing composition of whitener. Use of the obtained whitener composition in the coffee mixture. Food ingredient contains a composition of a whitener. Food product contains a food ingredient.
EFFECT: group of inventions ensures production of a product with enhanced taste and aroma.
