FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of preventing leakage of a vacuum bag through an inner chamber vacuum seal. Technical result is achieved by a method of preventing seepage through the seal of the inner chamber of the vacuum bag during curing of the composite laying, which includes application of inner bag vacuum pressure to inner chamber of bag and external vacuum pressure to external vacuum chamber. Inner chamber of the bag is formed by a vacuum bag covering the composite laying and sealed relative to the molding device, and vacuum pressure of the inner bag is not less than the pressure of the external vacuum. Temperature of composite laying increases to high temperature to initiate aging period at temperature. Ventilation of external vacuum chamber by connection with atmosphere for initiation of ventilation period of external vacuum chamber during period of aging at temperature. Application of compression pressure to seal of internal chamber of bag during ventilation period of external vacuum chamber. Repeated application of external vacuum pressure to external vacuum chamber for completion of ventilation period of external vacuum chamber.

EFFECT: technical result is to ensure integrity and efficiency of seal inner chamber bags during hardening of composite laying.
