SUBSTANCE: capsule (1) for preparation of brewed or soluble beverages contains bowl (2) suitable for arrangement of a brewed or soluble substance (11) and equipped with bottom (3) with hole (31) for leakage of the beverage to be brewed. Base (33) is provided with multiple raised sections (310, 320, 330, 340, 350, 360) characterized by presence of upper surface without cutting or piercing elements. Capsule (1) comprises disc (5) suitable for tightly closing lower part of capsule (1), wherein said disc is partially attached to base (33) with possibility of partial disconnection so that at least partially disconnected as a result of increasing pressure inside capsules (1). Opening of capsule (1) for release of brewed beverage is performed as a result of deformation of disc (5) under action of pressure applied by liquid inside capsule (1).
