SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a capsule for preparation of brewed or instant drinks. The capsule (1) comprises a container (2), closed at the top with a lid (6), having a bottom with a hole (31) for the flow of the brewed drink and an internal base (33) with profile elements (310, 320, 330, 340, 350, 360), which are not equipped with cutting or perforating elements, a disk (5) partially fixed to the profile elements and made with the possibility of sealing the capsule (1) in the lower part. The chamber (12), which contains the substance for brewing or dissolving, is limited in the upper part by a lid (6) and in the lower part by a disk (5), which hermetically closes the chamber (12) by using a weak varnish. The capsule is equipped with a traction device for the disk (5), driven by increasing the pressure inside the chamber (12). In the capsule (1), the opening for the flow of the brewed beverage is formed as a result of the displacement of the disk (5) under the action of the traction device to ensure the deformation of the weak varnish and reduce the sealing previously provided by the disk (5), a displacement that makes it possible to open the passage (P) for the flow of the brewed liquid without forming any cracks or ruptures of the disk itself (5).
