SUBSTANCE: capsule (1) for production of cooked or soluble beverages contains cup (2) suitable for containing substance (11), which must be brewed or dissolved, equipped inside base (33) provided with outer edge (360) and protrusion (320), between by which cooked beverage collection cavity (330) is defined. Capsule (1) comprises membrane (5) fixed with possibility of separation on edge (360) so that it can be separated from it by pressure increase inside capsule (1). Disclosure of capsule (1) occurs as a result of deformation of membrane (5) due to pressure exerted by liquid inside capsule (1). Preferably base (33) relative to cavity (330) is equipped with multiple supports (90, 91, 92), having profile decreasing in direction of cavity (330), suitable for preventing that deformation of membrane (5) prevents spillage of beverage in direction of hole (31).
EFFECT: disclosed is an improved capsule for preparation of cooked or soluble beverages.
