SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a cup made from plastic material for making a capsule used in preparing brewed or soluble beverages. Invention also relates to a capsule obtained using said cup and used to pack concentrated products in a predetermined amount equal to one portion, for the purpose of fast preparation of beverages by injection of liquid under pressure directly into the capsule. Cup (2) is made by co-extrusion from plastic, contains inlet hole (21) formed by upper edge (4), bottom (3), in which there is outflow hole (31) formed by nozzle (32), and inner base (33) with multiple vertically arranged projections. Cup (2) has multilayer wall (7) consisting of outer layer (71), inner layer (73) and intermediate gas barrier layer (72), which passes from upper edge (4) to nozzle (32). Cup (21) is characterized by the fact that bottom (3) has no profile stiffeners, and intermediate layer (72) passes uniformly and without breaks from upper edge (4) to nozzle (32).
