SUBSTANCE: the invention relates to a capsule (1) for preparation of brewed or dissolved drinks. The capsule comprises a bowl (2), a lid (6), a bottom (3) with a hole (31) for outflow of a brewed drink, a base (33) with textured inner elements (310, 320, 330, 340, 350, 360) not equipped with cutting or perforating elements. Inside, the capsule is comprised of a covering disk (5) permanently attached to the textured inner elements (320, 330, 340, 360), wherein the disk consists of no less than two separate parts (51, 52) interconnected so that they may be at least partially separated. The hole (31) for outflow of a brewed drink is formed by deforming the disk (5) with applied pressure from the liquid inside of the capsule (1), wherein the deformation determines the separation between the parts (51, 52) comprising the disk (5), wherein the separation opens the output (P) for outflow of the brewed liquid.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is construction of a capsule for preparation of brewed or dissolved drinks.
