SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a method of producing organic molecules and an apparatus for realizing the disclosed method. Method includes anaerobic fermentation in a fermenter of an organic substrate obtained from human waste, separation of volatile fatty acids (VFA) and other metabolisers of fermentation and non-enzymatic synthesis of organic molecules therefrom, such as acids, hydrocarbons, methane, esters, alcohols, amides or polymers. Liquid phase after extraction of the VFA containing microorganisms is introduced into the fermenter. Proposed plant comprises at least fermenter, extractor and synthesis device, such as chemical reactor or electrolytic cell.
