FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for application of lacquer coatings on inner surfaces of metal articles, in particular, on inner surfaces of boilers of railroad cisterns intended for transportation of aggressive media. Method for polymerisation of barrier protection on inner surface of boiler of railway tank, involving application of four layers of paint coat and intermediate polymerisation of each layer, including ventilation with observance of temperature and time modes, as well as final polymerisation also with observance of temperature and time modes, at that ventilation at intermediate polymerisation is carried out according to the following scheme: first layer - total volume of ventilation 15–20 internal volumes of boiler per hour at temperature 25 °C for 15 hours; second and third layers, each, - total volume of ventilation 15–20 internal volumes of boiler per hour at temperature 27 °C for 15 hours; fourth layer - total venting volume of 15–20 internal volumes of boiler per hour at temperature 30 °C for 24 hours, and final polymerisation is carried out according to the following scheme: total venting volume of 7–10 internal volumes of boiler per hour at temperature 30 °C for 24 hours and then every 24 hours with constant total volume of venting temperature is increased by 1 °C for 10 days so that last 24 hours of polymerisation occur at temperature of 40 °C.
EFFECT: technical result is provision of barrier protection on inner surface of boiler of railway tanks, made from carbon and low-alloy steels, barrier protection, which will enable to use these tanks for transportation of aggressive media and food products without intense corrosive action on walls of boiler, as well as without loss of transported medium of its operational and technical properties as a result of dissolving films from surface of walls of boiler for a wide range of transported media.
