FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for preparation and supply of a binder based on thermosetting resin used in making polymer composite materials by means of binder injection into a closed mold or by vacuum infusion. Plant for preparation and supply of thermosetting binder comprises component A dosing line, component B dosing line, first vacuum pump, static mixer, degasser, thermosetting binder tank, additional transfer pump, second vacuum pump and additional gear pump. At that, component A dosing line comprises transfer pump, component A feed tank and gear pump. Dosing line of component B comprises transfer pump, component B feed tank and gear pump. First vacuum pump is connected to the component A feed tank and the component B feed tank. Static mixer is connected to the dosing lines of components A and B. Degasser is connected to the output of the static mixer. Additional transfer pump is connected to the degasifier outlet and is connected to the tank of the thermosetting binder. Second vacuum pump is connected to degasifier and the tank of thermosetting binder. Component A feed tank, degasifier and capacity of the thermosetting binder are provided with appropriate heating jackets. Gear pump of dosing line of component A, gear pump of dosing line of component B, static mixer, additional transfer pump and additional gear pump are arranged in thermostat. All elements of installation are arranged on frame, made with possibility of its movement.
EFFECT: invention ensures continuity of preparation and supply of thermosetting binder, possibility to use binder with short "life time", at that automatic maintenance of specified level of binder in the tank of binder allows to reduce its unused amount.
