FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: method under the invention relates to production of dry adhesives for creation of sufficiently strong connection between surfaces of connected bodies, when on the surface of at least one body an array of separately standing fibres is created. Method of producing nanosized fibrous materials, which is realized by performing the following operations - forming a layer of multilevel fibres from a photosensitive polymer by forming using 3D lithograph structures of fibres with given heights, diameters and angles of inclination in each level, manifestation of structures of fibres by "washing away" polymer residues with the help of solvents.

EFFECT: technical result achieved when using the method under the invention consists in simplifying the procedure for formation of an array of fibres with increase of adhesion forces and adaptability to the support surface.
