FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to inorganic chemistry and can be used in production of luminophores. In nitric acid alkali metal carbonate taken in 50–100 % excess compared to stoichiometric, and lanthanum oxide are dissolved. Concentration of lanthanum oxide in the obtained solution is 0.108–0.160 mol/l. Germanium oxide is dissolved in diluted ammonia. A solution with concentration of germanium oxide of 0.140–0.210 mol/l is obtained. By mixing obtained solutions initial solution is prepared, which is treated with ultrasound with frequency of 1.5–2.5 MHz. Formed aerosol in air flow supplied at rate of 0.08–0.20 m/s is directed to vertical tubular furnace, where three-stage thermal treatment is carried out: at first stage at temperature of 250–350 °C, at second step at temperature of 900–1,000 °C and at third stage at temperature of 120–180 °C.
EFFECT: obtaining nanopowder of lanthanum and alkali metal germanate by simple and efficient method.
