FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to surgery, and is intended for prevention of atelectasis during robot-assisted or laparoscopic surgeries. Before surgery, induction of general anesthesia with Rokuronium 0.6–1.2 mg/kg and Cysatracurium 0.15–0.2 mg/kg in combination with induction doses of Propofol 1.5–2 mg/kg and fentanyl 3–5 mcg/kg is carried out. After the induction of general anesthesia, the maintenance of anesthesia is carried out by intravenous and inhalation anesthetics, maintaining the depth of anesthesia at 40–60 according to the BIS monitor with the subsequent transfer to the auxiliary ventilation of lungs in the mode of maintaining patient's spontaneous sighs, starting from 30 minutes after the induction of anesthesia until the end of the surgery.
EFFECT: use of the invention enables more effective prevention of atelectasis during robot-assisted or laparoscopic surgeries.
