FIELD: smoking accessories.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a smoking article comprising a filtering portion comprising an upstream portion and a downstream portion, where the upstream portion contains activated carbon with moisture content of about 5 % or more and where the downstream portion is free of activated carbon; and a separate breakable capsule, which is arranged between the upstream portion and the downstream portion, where the destructible capsule is placed within the distance from the activated carbon, sufficient to ensure moisture transfer between activated carbon-based material and destructible capsule, where smoking article does not contain destructible capsules other than separate destructible capsule.
EFFECT: technical result consists in exclusion of premature destruction of capsule due to drying action of activated carbon.
