FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical products for directed bone regeneration and can be used for bone regeneration in dentistry and maxillofacial surgery. Disclosed is a biological resorbable membrane reinforced with a titanium frame, for bone regeneration, containing a frame of titanium alloy with holes for fixation with pins or screws, characterized by the fact. Material from which the membrane is made is a lyophilized acellular extracellular collagen matrix based on 4 to 8 cross-linked chemically layers of porcine submucosal intestine.
EFFECT: such membrane design provides early postoperative barrier functions, normal formation of bone tissue in defect area, reduced risk of developing complications at a later date due to its high hydration ability, good adhesion to the gingival surface facilitating fixation of the product.
