FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology, and can be used for diagnosing exudative otitis media. Patient is examined, peripheral blood is analysed. Monocytes are recovered from peripheral blood. Peripheral blood monocytes are used to determine expression of Toll-like receptors, %: TLR2 and TLR4. If TLR2≤56.1 and TLR4≤16.2 conditions are met simultaneously, is used to diagnose exudative otitis media.
EFFECT: more reliable diagnosis of exudative otitis media.
