FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine and relates to a method for predicting the formation of secondary immunodeficiency in military personnel participating in military conflicts. The essence of the method lies in the fact that a serviceman performs venous blood sampling, in which is determined,%: the expression of Toll-like receptors on monocytes (TLR4) and the relative number of regulatory T-lymphocytes (CD3+CD4+ Foxp3+). The prediction coefficient value is calculated according to the formula K=0,29-0,05xTLR4+0,64x(CD3+CD4+Foxp3+). If the condition K>0.48 is met, the formation of secondary immunodeficiency is predicted in servicemen participating in a military conflict.
EFFECT: use of the method makes it possible to predict with high accuracy the formation of secondary immunodeficiency in servicemen participating in military conflicts.
