SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology, and concerns a predisposition to development of exudative otitis media. That is ensured by examining patient's peripheral blood. Monocytes are recovered from peripheral blood. Peripheral blood monocytes are used to determine expression of Toll-like receptors, %: TLR2 and TLR4. If observing conditions 56.1<TLR2<71.8 and 16.2<TLR4<23.7, predisposition of the patient to development of exudative otitis media is determined.

EFFECT: invention allows higher reliability of diagnosing exudative otitis media.
