FIELD: clinical immunology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to clinical immunology, and is intended for the diagnosis of secondary immunodeficiency in military personnel participating in military conflicts. In the blood of a soldier the relative number of regulatory T-lymphocytes CD3+CD4+Foxp3+ is determined. Additionally, the expression of Toll-like receptors on TLR4 monocytes is determined. When the conditions CD3+CD4+Foxp3+≥0,9 and TLR4≤16 are met simultaneously, secondary immunodeficiency is diagnosed.
EFFECT: invention provides a simplification of the method, research time reduction and an expansion of the functionality of a method for diagnosing secondary immunodeficiency.
