FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of gas turbine plants and can be used in engine building and power engineering. Disclosed is a gas turbine plant comprising a kinematically connected compressor, main turbine and power consumer, combustion chamber, waste heat boiler, water condensation system consisting of cooler and separator, converter, auxiliary turbine with compressor, as well as separation device. During operation of the plant, air is compressed with a compressor and delivered to a burner of a combustion chamber together with conversion products supplied from a converter and a low-volatile portion of fuel. Combustion products are directed to the main turbine, from which waste gases are removed, which after cooling in the waste heat boiler and refrigerator are separated in the separator into waste gas discharged into atmosphere, and aqueous condensate, which is directed for mixing with volatile part of fuel obtained in separation device. Obtained mixture is heated and evaporated in waste heat boiler, and then fed into converter together with compressed air, where it is converted to produce synthesis gas, which is reduced in auxiliary turbine, kinematically connected with separate consumer and compressor equipped with air and compressed air supply lines. On the fuel supply line there is a separation device equipped with lines for feeding volatile and volatile fuel.

EFFECT: technical result is higher energy efficiency.
