FIELD: pneumatic devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pneumatic mechanism of impact action. Pneumatic impact mechanism comprises a pneumatic impact mechanism of a throttling-valve type with a housing with a cylindrical cavity, a working tool with a shank, a cup with a central hole and a throttling inlet channel, an end prechamber of network air formed between the barrel and the annular flange, the hammer arranged in the cylindrical cavity of the housing, having a through axial hole and a bypass channel. Bypass channel is arranged at hammer face on annular flange side and striker side surface. Striker separates cylindrical cavity of housing on chambers of working and idle strokes. In the central hole of the annular flange and in the central hole in the barrel there is a rod-tube. In the working stroke chamber on the side of the annular flange there is an annular braking chamber and an annular distribution chamber. Idle stroke chamber is communicated with the annular distributing chamber and the annular braking chamber in the striker position resting on the working tool shank. Bypass channel on bypass side surface is made in form of screw channel groove with triangular cross section.
EFFECT: as a result, kinetic energy of impact is increased and air flow is reduced.
