FIELD: experimental medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to experimental medicine, to oncology, in particular to combination therapy: photodynamic therapy (PDT) and radiation therapy (RT) in the treatment of transplanted superficial solid connective tissue tumor of M-1 sarcoma of rats. A combined effect of photodynamic therapy and radiation therapy is carried out according to the scheme: PDT + LT or LT + PDT, with a time interval of 24 hours, and the PDT session is carried out with FS with liposomal amidoamine chlorin e6 (LAAC), which is administered intraperitoneally at a dose of 0.75 mg/kg of body weight animal, which, when extrapolated to a human dose, is 0.13 mg/kg, drug-light interval 2.5-3.0 hours, laser radiation parameters: energy density E = 100 J/cm2, power density Ps = 0.34 W/cm2, radiation therapy is carried out with a dose of γ-radiation of 20 Gy.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to achieve elimination of neoplasm without dangerous side effects by determining the optimal conditions for carrying out combination therapy in a different sequence of its implementation, at different time intervals, using the minimum effective dose of a photosensitizer and low parameters of γ-radiation.
