SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology, and can be used for combined treatment of patients with stomach cancer (SC) with peritoneal carcinomatosis. It involves palliative surgical management and chemotherapy with intraperitoneal introduction of cisplatin. Chemotherapy is performed in the neoadjuvant mode according to paclitaxel 135 mg/m² on 1st day intravenously drop-by-drop for 3 hours, cisplatin 50 mg on the second day intraperitoneally, paclitaxel 65 mg/m² in 8th day intraperitoneally. 3 courses every 21 days. 4 weeks after neoadjuvant chemotherapy, gastrectomy is performed. 3 weeks after the surgical management, adjuvant chemotherapy is performed according to the previous schedule, 3–6 courses every 21 days.

EFFECT: method provides improved results of combined treatment of patients with intestinal peritoneal cancer with peritoneic sclerosis by reducing the frequency of postoperative complications and side effects of chemotherapy, improving quality of life, as well as increasing patient's survival rates.
