FIELD: chemistry; medicine; pharmacology.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to chemistry of organic compounds, pharmacology and medicine, namely to compound of 2-phenylethylamide N-(p-hydroxyphenylacetyl)phenylalanine of the formula given below, which is an antagonist of tachykinin receptors (NK1, NK2 and NK3).
EFFECT: invention also relates to a method of producing said compound, use thereof for preventing and/or treating disorders associated with activity of first, first and second tachykinin receptors, second and third types, pharmaceutical compositions containing same, as well as methods for preventing and/or treating disorders associated with tachykinin receptor activity.
