SUBSTANCE: invention relates to organic chemistry, specifically to a method of producing 2,3-dialkyl-N-phenyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinoline-4-amines by catalytic heterocyclisation of aniline and aldehydes (propionic, butyric, valeric), characterized by that catalyst used is amorphous mesoporous aluminosilicate ASM and reaction is carried out in a flow reactor with a fixed catalyst bed at 250–350 °C, raw material feed rate volume of 2–10 h-1, atmospheric pressure, in nitrogen flow, in molar ratio of aniline:aldehyde=1:2.

EFFECT: simple synthesis of tetrahydroquinoline derivatives and low power and material consumption of the heterocyclisation process.
