FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydrogen power engineering, organic chemistry and catalysis, particularly to development of compositions of chemical systems capable of cyclic accumulation and release of hydrogen in catalytic processes of hydrogenation-dehydrogenation. Described is a liquid organic hydrogen carrier consisting of mono-, bi- and tricyclic aromatic, paraffin and naphthenic hydrocarbons, characterized by that the total content of paraffin and naphthenic hydrocarbons does not exceed 40 wt. %, total content of mono-, bi- and tricyclic aromatic hydrocarbons not less than 60 wt. %, and fraction fractional boiling range is equal to 160–360 °C. Invention also describes a method of producing a liquid organic hydrogen carrier of deep hydrofining of catalytic cracking gasoil and a hydrogen cycle of a liquid organic hydrogen carrier.

EFFECT: technical result is increased efficiency of aromatic concentrate production technology.
