FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to detecting presence of cardiac biological markers in blood. Disclosed is a test apparatus comprising a test strip, a radio frequency identification (RFID) tag and a housing for the test strip. Housing includes a first section and a second section, which comprises: a buffer port, a test window, a sample port and a group of projections located on the inner edge of the second section between the test window and sample port so that in attached configuration each ledge in group of ledges is in contact with test strip, and where height of at least one protrusion in group of projections differs from height of another protrusion in group of ledges. Also disclosed is an alternative embodiment of a test apparatus without a RFID tag and a test system for determining a biological marker ST2.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides creation of pressure gradient, which allows flowing substance to flow at preset flow rate along length of test strip between first and last projections in group of projections due to different height of ledges.
