FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal processing, particularly, to recovery of strength properties of metal articles. To restore strength properties of metal elements of aircraft structure, which have decreased as a result of action of air flows flowing on them during operation, metal element is subjected to pulsating subsonic air flow, having frequency of 400–2,000 Hz and sound pressure of 40–140 dB, at room temperature in direction opposite to direction of action of inflowing air flow during operation.
EFFECT: disclosed is a method of processing metal elements of aircraft structure.
