SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to regulation of engines with supercharging. Disclosed are methods and systems for controlling operation of an electric motor connected to a compressor when the engine is operated at high altitude. In one of the examples, the method may include adjusting the ratio of the electric swirling of the inlet compressor provided by the electric motor and the swirling of the compressor from the turbine by means of the waste gas bypass valve in idle mode of the engine, as well as during gearshift transmissions. Proposed method makes it possible to maintain idling speed of engine and torque at high altitudes while eliminating delayed operation while providing supercharging.

EFFECT: technical result is improvement of engine efficiency.
