SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medical devices and more specifically to a valve stent and a device for its replacement. Valve stent comprises tubular supporting mesh frame having opposite first and second ends of frame and having multiple end assemblies on each end of frame, and flared part attached to first end of frame of supporting mesh frame. Flared part comprises multiple parts of the supporting arches and a plurality of guiding arches. Each part of supporting arch has first end of part of supporting arch and second end of part of supporting arch. First ends of parts of supporting arches of two adjacent parts of supporting arches are connected to one end unit. Second end of each part of the supporting arch is connected to the second end of the other part of the supporting arch. Each guide arch has opposite first and second ends of the guide arch. Each first end of the guide arc is connected to the end assembly located next to the end unit, where the first two ends of the supporting arc pieces are connected. Each second end of the guide arc is attached to an element of a part of the adjacent support arc at a location located at a distance from the first end of the supporting arch and the second end of the supporting arch. End units connected to the first ends of the guiding arches of two adjacent guide arches are located at a distance from each other. Valve replacement device comprises above described valve stent and prosthetic valve fixed inside supporting mesh frame.

EFFECT: inventions cardinally solve the problem of catheter tube damage when installing a cardiac valve replacement device.
