SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method, a system and a carrier for generating a single information record in a shared data storage device. Method, comprising: receiving first and second authentication messages associated with a transaction corresponding to an authentication protocol; receiving the first and second registration messages associated with said transaction, wherein the server generates an authentication token, and the first and second registration messages correspond to the authentication protocol; combining first and second authentication messages, first and second registration messages and transaction payment authorization details into a single information record; storing said single information entry in shared data storage device; determining an estimate for a transaction based on said stored single information record and a historical authenticating characteristic scheme and comparing the determined estimate with that of the current authentication request to determine whether the current authentication request is within the predicted range of values.
