SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for laser layer-by-layer synthesis of a three-dimensional article with internal channels and can be used in aircraft and rocket engineering. Method involves creation of a virtual model of a three-dimensional article with internal channels using a three-dimensional geometric modelling system and laser layer-by-layer synthesis of a three-dimensional article by sintering or fusion of transverse layers of material. Creating a virtual model of a three-dimensional article with elements of internal channels, which is divided into a base model with channels obtained by machining, and at least one model of the fragment with channels produced by layer-by-layer laser synthesis. Then, according to the model, the base is machined with a monolithic base with elements of internal channels. On the obtained monolithic base, a volume article with internal channels from transverse layers of the material is built on a model fragment with mating elements of internal channels by laser layer-by-layer synthesis.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency of laser layer-by-layer synthesis of three-dimensional article with internal channels.
