FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing a component from ceramic materials. Method comprises applying a plurality of layers on a main body using a stencil or pattern printing, wherein the layers are formed from a ceramic material, in each case in a certain arrangement one above the other, in form of a paste or suspension, into which powdered ceramic material and binder are incorporated, wherein formation of the region inside the layer having a certain thickness and geometrical shape, from the additional material, which can be removed during heat treatment and which is also applied in the form of paste or suspension using stenciled printing or pattern printing, applying on and/or forming on ceramic layer before application of additional ceramic layer of electrically functional structures consisting of electrically conductive or semiconducting material, and sintering of laminated structure during heat treatment, wherein additional material is removed and cavity is formed, having certain dimensions along width, length and height.
EFFECT: invention provides for miniaturization of components from ceramic materials.
