SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in supercharged internal combustion engines. Method for engine (10) consists in the fact that compressor profile (222), (232) profile is evaluated for future vehicle operation time interval by current and predicted parameters of engine (10) operation. Compressor (222), (232) rotation speed profile includes the compressor predicted rotation frequency at each moment from different future tense time moments. Output torque of engine (10) is controlled depending on the degree and period, on which and during which the predicted rotation frequency of compressor (222), (232) at a certain moment from different moments in the profile of the compressor rotation frequency exceeds the threshold frequency.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of accuracy of temperature control at compressor outlet without unreasonable limitation of engine output torque.
