FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry and can be used for the preparation of grain products intended for the nutrition of workers with carbon disulfide. A grain product is proposed for feeding those working with carbon disulfide, including the following ratio of the initial components, weight percentage: fine wheat fiber 7-8; sesame seed meal 5-6; softened peas 4-5; ground mungbean 3.5-4; anise tree fruits 0.5-1; angelica root crushed 3.5-4; kelp layers 3-4; sunflower seeds 3-4; honeysuckle fruits 4.5-5.5; kumquat fruits 2.5-3; kohlrabi 5-6; lemon zest 1.5-2; blueberries 8-9; corn oil 5.5-6.5; grapefruit pulp 8-9; eggplant 6.5-7; oat bran being the rest.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a grain product that provides replenishment of the energy value in the diet and is intended to reduce the processes of intoxication when carbon disulfide enters the body through the respiratory tract, stomach and skin with a predominant lesion of the nervous system, and also provides a slowdown in severe forms of toxic encephalopathy with diencephalic disorders, vegetative crises and cardiovascular diseases.
