SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to phthisiology, namely, to an autologous composition for treating pulmonary tuberculosis with drug resistance of the pathogen and absence of effect against the background of polychemotherapy, and to a method for treatment. Autologous composition for treating pulmonary tuberculosis with drug resistance of the pathogen and absence of effect against the background of polychemotherapy contains a mixture of mature dendritic cells isolated from monocytes of the peripheral blood of the patient and T lymphocytes activated by specific antigens ESAT-6 and SFP-10, at a certain ratio. The method for treating pulmonary tuberculosis with drug resistance of the pathogen and absence of effect against the background of polychemotherapy involves injecting the patient with the autologous composition in a dose of 1 ml 10 times once a week intracutaneously into the subscapular region against the background of antitubercular therapy.

EFFECT: use of the autologous composition in the method for treatment allows for a positive effect with loss of bacterial excretion, positive radiological dynamics, and further termination of treatment.
