FIELD: kitchen appliance.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method for controlling roasting device (1) comprising tank (3), logic module (9) and interface (70, 72) for manual validation of data, the method comprising the following steps: S.1) execution of the training roasting cycle, in its turn, containing the following stages: S.1.1) arrangement of the first portion of the food product to be fried in the food preparation medium contained in tank (3), wherein the food product to be fried is a product of a given type; S.1.2) when the food subject to roasting achieves the desired roasting state, communication with logical module (9) is established through interface (70, 72) for manual validation of the data to indicate that the product has reached the said desired roasting condition; S.2) performance of the following roasting cycle, containing following stages: S.2.1) placing the second portion of the food product to be fried in the food preparation medium contained in tank (3), wherein the second portion food product is substantially the same type of product as the first portion food product; S.2.2) roasting the second portion of the food product during the roasting time specified by logic module (9) depending on the desired roasting condition, the signal of which is transmitted through interface (70, 72) for manual validation of data during the training roasting cycle. Invention also relates to roasting device (1), programmable or otherwise prepared for carrying out the method and comprising tank (3), logic module (9) and interface (70, 72) for manual validation of data, as well as to a computer program designed to enable roasting device (1) to carry out the method.

EFFECT: invention discloses a method and a computer program for controlling a roasting device and a roasting device for implementing said method.
