FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to experimental surgery. Simulation is performed on male corpses. Performing a thoracolaparotomy with extraction of a thoracoabdominal organ complex. That is followed by simulating both an oblique and a right inguinal hernia with placement of a mesh endoprosthesis in the preperitoneal space in the projection of the simulated hernia gates. Pressure is created on the endoprosthesis on the side of the abdominal cavity using the device. Device consists of a rod from metal wire, a spherical plastic tip, an element connecting them, loops for fixation of a spring dynamometer.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to assess reliability of preperitoneal inguinal hernioplasty various types of mesh endoprosthesis with different methods of their fixation or without it.
