SUBSTANCE: invention relates to television engineering and is intended for use in television cameras based on a single-chip "ring" television sensor based on technology of complementary "metal-oxide-semiconductor" (CMOS) structures. Such cameras provide formation of a video signal of a "ring" frame and are intended for television and computer surveillance of panoramic plots or objects having the shape of a circular ring.
EFFECT: eliminating excess bandwidth of output CMOS sensor video signal and increasing utilization coefficient for total area of chip of the device, which is ensured by realization of sensor target in the form of circular ring at "ring" arrangement on the chip of electronic "framing" of photodetector.
