SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, particularly to attenuated Bordetella pertussis bacteria, which contains mutations in the regulatory and coding regions of the operon ptx and the coding region of the dnt gene, for use as a pertussis vaccine. Invention also discloses a strain of attenuated Bordetella pertussis bacteria, a lyophilized preparation thereof, a lyophilisation method thereof and a Bordetella pertussis bacteria vaccine.
EFFECT: invention solves the task of lyophilic drying of attenuated Bordetella pertussis bacteria, which enables to obtain live pertussis vaccines.
