FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of cultivating and analysing death heterogeneous culture of tumour cells, in which on the basis of the taken tumour sample provides imitation of adhesion and migration of tumour cells on the surface of vessels and simulation of tumour invasion. Simulation of adhesion and migration of tumour cells on the surface of vessels and simulation of tumour invasion is carried out by providing elution of the tumour sample into at least three parts and a nutrient medium for culturing cells is added to each part of the sample, then each part of the sample is exposed to a cell activity inhibitor. Also disclosed is a device for implementing the method of cultivating and investigating the death of a heterogeneous culture of tumour cells, which is a structure of three tightly interconnected layers.
EFFECT: invention can be used in analysis of liquid biological and medical samples by enabling testing of various inhibitors of cell activity on different samples with identical properties and characteristics and possibility of parallel analysis of a separated sample.
