SUBSTANCE: invention relates to steering control system by wire. System includes: two-system device 62 for application of reactive force, which includes two reactors 110A, 110B and configured to receive activation information and apply working reactive force; two-system steering device 64, including two steering controllers 108A, 108B and configured to steer with wheel 12; device 106, 112 for obtaining activation information; auxiliary steering device 52 adapted to change the direction of the vehicle; two dedicated communication lines 124A, 124B, one of which is capable of transmitting information and receiving information connects one of two reactors 110A, 110B and one of two steering controllers 108A, 108B to each other, and another of which with possibility of transmitting information and possibility of receiving information connects the other of two reactive force controllers 110A, 110B and the other of two controllers 108A, 108B to each other; and first communication bus 120a, with which activation information obtaining device 106, 112, at least with possibility of information transfer, is connected and with which two controllers 108A, 108B of steering control and auxiliary steering device 52, at least with possibility of receiving information are connected.
