FIELD: manipulators.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manipulators operating in a sealed volume, and can be used in technological processes of electronic devices manufacturing, treatment of radioactive, toxic and explosive substances. Proposed manipulator comprises housing, drive of motion, grip and hinged spline that connects gripper with housing. Hinged spline is formed by two hinged branches arranged on opposite sides of the grip, interconnected by pins to form internal antibacklash flat-spring hinges and fixed in housing by means of antibacklash flat-spring ball supports. Free ends of antibacklash hinged branches coming out of housing are connected with drive of movements.
EFFECT: enabling sample positioning accuracy due to higher rigidity of the actuator.
