FIELD: satisfaction of human vital needs.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to massage and may be used for health improvement and improvement of human general state. First, medical diagnostic results are examined to identify general contraindications for body tissue exposure. Further, the client is laid on a flat table in a horizontal position on the back, and the exercises are performed under the supervision of the operator in four stages. At the first stage, the operator acts physically on the client by laying hands on the client's head, massaging his skull. At the second stage, the operator puts his hands under the projection of the diaphragm, at the third one – puts his hands under the sacral bone and under the back; at the second and third stages, the operator presses on the client's body from below. At the fourth stage, the operator becomes at the client's feet and massages the shin muscles. At each stage of performing the exercises, the operator follows the thoracal breathing rhythm of the client and performs the procedure until it is leveled within the limits of the norm for this age category in the horizontal position.
EFFECT: use of the method enables achieving a stable complex health-improving effect on the body in a short period of time.
