FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and pharmacy. Preservative for anatomic preparations intended for storage of isolated organs and tissues for the purpose of open demonstration to students and pupils in process of their training of anatomy, includes 3-iodoprop-2-in-1-yl butyl carbamate, an alkaline buffer, an alkali metal salt and distilled water. As a buffer it contains tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane, as an alkali metal salt - sodium chloride, wherein components are contained at the following ratio, wt. %: 3-iodoprop-2-yn-1-yl butyl carbamate - 0.0145–0.0195; sodium chloride - 0.9; tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane - 0.6; distilled water - balance at pH 7.4, osmotic activity 280–300 mOsmol/l of water and temperature from 0 to +25 °C.

EFFECT: invention enables long-term storage and multiple open demonstration of isolated organs and tissues for the purpose of their use in the educational process in the form of anatomical preparations.
